WE TAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS! What you see on our online store is only a small sample of what we carry in our store. Please e-mail or call us with special requests and we will be happy to get that item for you. Most items we are able to get into our store and shipped to you within 3-6 business days if it is not in our store, and we will let you know if any items are on backorder or discontinued.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Hamilton Hobby gift cards, and Pay-Pal for online purchases.

If you would like to mail a cheque or money order you may do so, but please note that your payment must be cleared by our bank before we can ship your item to you.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide, and all across Canada. Our shipping rates are set by Canada Post and most items ship on the same day of us having received your cleared payment. Within Ontario you should expect to have your package within 3-5 business days, and 5-7 business days within Canada. International shipments vary, but we usually provide you with a tracking number to let you keep an eye on your item as it is being shipped to you.*

IS IT SAFE TO BUY?

Yes, it is safe to buy from our website. We have a valid SSL security certificate that we keep up to date to ensure your safety when making purchases on our web store.

Do you have an item that you would like to return? This is how to do it.

Paints, brushes, glues, radio controlled goods cannot be returned. Airbrushes, model kits, trains and most other items can be returned, but only in their original and completely unopened boxes. Please ensure that you carefully read the description of the item that you wish to purchase, observe the images, and if you have any questions do call, or e-mail us to clarify before buying to avoid unnecessary returns. We are here to help.

We offer a 7 day store credit or exchange from the time you have received your item on unopened and unused items. This only applies on completely unopened and unused items. On used and opened items the manufacturer’s warranties apply.

Obtain a Return Authorization Form (RAF). Returns can only be accepted with this form, if you send an item back without it your return will not be processed.

After receiving your RAF securely re-package the item, ensure that all instructions, parts and applicable accessories are included. It is very important that you return to us all accessories/parts received with your item in order to be able to process your return.

Mail/ship the item back to us, ensure that it is properly packaged, we are not responsible for items that are damaged or missing parts due to improper packaging.

Your purchase price, or store credit will be granted to you upon the receipt of the returned item so long as it meets our return policy.*
